Technisch notwendige Speicherung

Wir verwenden localStorage, um Ihre Cookie-Einwilligungsentscheidung, gespeicherte Athletenprofile sowie Ihre Formulareingaben zwischen Sitzungen zu erhalten. Diese Speicherung ist technisch notwendig für den einwandfreien Betrieb der Anwendung und erfordert keine gesonderte Einwilligung gemäß § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG.

Analytische und Marketing-Cookies

5. Meta Pixel

Mit Ihrer Einwilligung verwenden wir den Meta Pixel von Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Irland.

Zweck: Messung der Wirksamkeit von Werbeanzeigen auf Facebook und Instagram sowie Ermöglichung zielgruppenbasierter Werbung.

Verarbeitete Daten: Seitenaufrufe, Conversion-Ereignisse, Geräteinformationen, ggf. gehashte E-Mail-Adresse bei Formularübermittlung.

Datenübertragung in Drittländer: Daten können an Meta Platforms Inc. in die USA übertragen werden. Grundlage sind Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO.

Unsere Website wird über Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf unserer Seiten werden technisch bedingt Verbindungsdaten (IP-Adresse, Uhrzeit, aufgerufene URL) verarbeitet. Cloudflare ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our service or where you have expressly consented. The legal bases for processing are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and § 25 TDDDG for the use of cookies and similar technologies.

All data you enter in the HYBRA calculator (name, physical metrics, performance values) is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We use localStorage to preserve your cookie consent decision, saved athlete profiles, and your form inputs between sessions. This storage is technically necessary for the application to function correctly and does not require separate consent pursuant to § 25 para. 2 TDDDG.
